" Home Is Best" - The golden years shine when seniors are surrounded by their contemporaries in a safe, secure environment. In order to provide the best residential facilities, JASA owns and manages housing for 2,600 New Yorkers 62 and older, who qualify as low- to moderate-income individuals. The 22-story Brookdale Village Senior Center has 546 apartment units available. Its senior-friendly accmadations include: on-site service coodinators; JASA social workers; library; laundry; computer room; painting and pottery room. The buildings recently underwent a major rennovation including the replacement of over 3000 aluminum window units. The residents would enjoy the spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean through their brand-new Crystal Series 3000 aluminum double hung windows.
