We are happy to announce our NYC HQ plant has resumed production as of 5/18. The Crystal team is back to serve the construction industry!
Crystal Windows is following the guidance and recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the New York State Department of Health, and local authorities throughout the country to help keep you and our staff safe. We are taking various preventative-measures including:
  • Enforcing social distance policies, min. 6ft distance between work stations.
  • Providing face masks, protective gloves and face shields for all team members.
  • Dedicated-personnel to take and monitor body temperature of every team member upon arrival to work every morning.
  • Built partitions and barriers in common areas such as showroom, reception and break rooms.
  • Sanitizing throughout the plant daily, and providing hand sanitizer stations.
  • For NYC Showroom Hours: Monday – Friday 7AM to 6PM, Saturday 7:30AM to 4PM. Closed on Sundays.
We encourage you to reach out to your Crystal rep to confirm delivery dates for in-house orders, or to inquire about the current lead-time for new orders. We look forward to hear from you again.
